I’m Joey—founder of Genuinely Joey, ICF-trained coach, and a human who’s been in recovery for 4 years and counting. After 18 years of stumbling, learning, breaking, healing, and collecting some serious street-cred wisdom, it’s finally my time to give back. Recovery gave me my life back—now it’s my turn to support the humans walking a similar road.

I don’t believe in “just quitting” something.

I believe in building something: a healthier mind, a stronger heart, a nourished soul, and a body that finally feels like home.

My approach is fully holistic—because healing isn’t one thing, it’s everything.

Through community, coaching, honesty, and whole-body transformation, I’m here to help my tribe move from the chaos of the past into the calm, grounded, joy-filled future they deserve. We’re not just removing what weighed us down… we’re adding all the layers of joy and real, deep, full-body happiness.
